Calauit Island Wildlife Sanctuary

A 3,700-hectare game preserve and wildlife sanctuary. The island features African wildlife like zebras, giraffes and gazelles, along with various indigenous species that abound the island. Sea turtles, seacows and a variety of marine life also nestle at the waters surrounding the island.

Cuyo Fort

Built during early Spanish period, purposely to protect the Cuyunon from their enemies. It is considered as one of the most ancient and unique Fort in the archipelago. unique in the sense that you could find the church, the convent and the only Perpetual Church in the area.

St. Paul Subterranean National Park

St. Paul 's National Park is one of the most significant national parks in the Philippines . The park has a size of about 3,000 hectares composed of primary rainforests and limestone forests. It also has several hundred hectares of marine protected area. Its most interesting feature, however, is an 8.2 kilometer long subterranean river where one can explore a certain length on board a paddle boat. To visit the park, one will have to register at the park office located in Puerto Princesa City and in Sabang. The park is managed by the city government of Puerto Princesa.

Although, swimming is prohibited in the park proper, one can do it in the neighboring area of Sabang.
