This 79 sq. km 20 ft. deep lake is the largest lake in the province and the dwelling place of the Mindoro crocodile, banak and simbad. It is now a wildlife sanctuary where hunting and fishing are supervised by the national park people.

Puerto Galera
Puerto Galera is a town destination offering diverse water-based activities to the visitors. It is actually one of the famous destinations among backpacking tourists. The town has many developed sites ranging from those with wide open spaces to the ones that are quite congested of tourist facilities. It has a wide range of coastline and scuba diving is offered in the area.
